Ever since I started Merry’s Kitchen, I’ve become a cooking video junkie. I recently happened upon, what I consider to be, a great series of free cooking videos… brought to you by HarvestEating.com. (The site promotes cooking with products which are seasonal, organic and local to your area.)

These cooking videos are very straight-forward and easy to follow. Better yet, each features a cast of healthy ingredients, for your viewing pleasure. These are all narrated by Chef Keith Snow.

The cooking video I have included in today’s post is Crabmeat Stuffed Tomatoes. YUM!! I hope you keep this recipe in mind as you are deciding on what to do with your (hopefully) thriving tomato crop, this season.

In addition to a wide variety of cooking videos, Harvest Eating has much more to offer including: many great tasting recipes, forums, related articles, video tips, harvest calendar and a guide which will assist you in finding seasonal foods.

At the moment, some of the organic products, used in these videos, are a bit beyond my grocerybudget. But, you will find that most can be easily substituted, by things you probably have on hand, already.
