If you love cooking blogs, there is a ‘new one in town’ that is worth mentioning. My friend, Elizabeth, is proud to announce her newest blog, MomCooks.net.
In a matter of a few short days, Elizabeth has won my total admiration. Why, you ask? Well…. not only did she mention Merry’s Kitchen, she also posted a yummy recipe for Coca-Cola chicken.
(My friends and family can attest that I’m addicted to Coke. I buy so much that I should have stock in the company. 
)

Thanks so much, Merry! If you love Coke, you will LOVE the Cola Chicken! The key is that when you are simmering the chicken breasts in the sauce, keep the heat low so it coats the chicken but doesn’t evaporate too much and get too thick. It is delicious!
